The Sioux North High School girls hockey team lost a hard fought game against the Fort Frances Muskies 13-1 on Jan. 12. It was a game that saw goaltender Marie Meekis make countless saves for the Warriors.

The Sioux North High School Warriors boys hockey team defeated the Beaver Brae Secondary School Broncos 4-2 during Northwestern Ontario Secondary Schools Athletic Association (NorWOSSA) action Jan. 8.
