I was at Meno Ya Win Health Centre this week for an out patient medical service. I was reminded how fortunate we are to live in a place that has a medical facility, and staff, like we have at Meno Ya Win Health Centre.
Last week a friend shared his thoughts with me about avoiding covid contamination. Eat and live healthy. Spend as much time as possible outdoors.

Within the past few days Mary and I have had our first hot tub since late spring and we have sat beside a firepit blaze, also the first bonfire pleasure for several months.
