Lac Seul Police Service Attend IFNA High School Community Home
The Lac Seul Police Service was invited to the IFNA High School Community Home to deliver a presentation on career development and the steps required to pursue employment opportunities. The session focused on preparing students for job applications, understanding hiring processes, and exploring careers in policing.
Social Navigator Dave Scott and Cst. Oceane Asham met with students on the evening of Wednesday, September 23, 2026, providing guidance on the qualifications, expectations, and pathways involved in applying for positions within policing and other fields.
More than 25 students attended the presentation, which was well received. Students were actively engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and demonstrated strong interest in learning about future career opportunities.
The Lac Seul Police Service extends its appreciation and Miigwech to IFNA (Independent First Nations Alliance) staff Jessie and Amy for their invitation and continued support of youth programming.
