The fun is already underway with a Shop Local Photo Contest taking place until Nov. 30.
The Chamber is encouraging people to snap a photo of themselves at a local business for a chance to win $500.

The winner will be announced in the first week of December.
The Chamber is also hosting Moonlight Madness and a Moonlight Market on Nov. 28.
The Market, which is already full with more than 16 vendors, will be held from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Upper Legion Hall.
Participating Moonlight Madness businesses will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
A list of participating Moonlight Madness businesses and Moonlight Madness vendors will be featured on the Sioux Lookout Chamber of Commerce Facebook page and in The Sioux Lookout Bulletin.
The Chamber holds the events annually to help support local businesses and help residents get ahead on their Christmas shopping.
Chamber Executive Assistant Ninaad Bhatt said the Chamber is also organizing, in collaboration with The Hub Collective, a New Residents Coffee Social.
“Everyone is welcome to that event and will have a chance to meet new people. It will be like a meet and greet. We will have puzzles, games, a coffee roasting demonstration, and there will free coffee for everyone,” he shared.
The New Residents Coffee Social will be held at The Hub Collective on Nov. 19 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Bhatt said the Chamber is also collecting information on events taking place in November to prepare an events poster which will be featured on the Sioux Lookout Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.
“We will also be creating a Countdown to Christmas calendar,” Bhatt said, which will be featured in The Sioux Lookout Bulletin.
A highlight of the holiday season, the Santa Claus Parade, will take place on Dec. 7.
Organized by the Chamber, the parade will begin at 5 p.m. and will following its traditional route, starting at the former Queen Elizabeth District High School, travelling west along Fair Street, south down Third Avene, west along Front Street, and north up Sixth Avenue, concluding in the Fresh Market Foods parking lot.
