Eight weeks of after school curling has commenced on Monday and Tuesday nights at the Sioux Lookout Golf and Curling Club. The sessions run from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on both nights and an after school snack is provided..

From November 10-12, the 7th Annual Bearskin Skip to Equip bonspiel hosted a record breaking 30 teams and 127 female curlers. For the first time, the event started on Thursday evening and proceeded throughout the entire weekend.
