Evening of Entertainment
Alfred McLeod playing the guitar and singing, Geraldine Guilfoyle reading poetry and performances by the Sioux Lookout band YXL (above, from left, Tony Kay, Brad Mesich, Doug Vinkle and Paul Matousek) were all part of a coffee house Friday evening at the Multicultural Youth Centre. The venue provided an open mic to sing, play musical instruments, read poetry and tell stories in a casual atmosphere. Admission to the Coffee House was free, but those in attendance were encouraged to make a donation with proceeds from the evening going to the Sioux Lookout Youth Council and Youth Centre.
