Boo at the Bay
Approximately 200 people visited Cedar Bay on Oct. 26 for this year’s Boo at the Bay, which featured a haunted trail, as well as a bonfire, hot chocolate, muffins and pumpkin carving at the pavilion.
The event was put on through a collaboration among 270 Otter Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron, Sioux Lookout GSA Club and friends, Friends of Cedar Bay Lakeshore and Cedar Bay Stable committee volunteers, with support from Fresh Market Foods, Sioux Lookout OPP officers and donations of dog crates from the Lockharts and Favots.
Volunteer Dorothy Broderick thanked everyone who attended and support the event, stating, “The event went really well. We had a lot of fun and are already looking forward to next year.”
