Ambulance dispatch moved without cost study
The executive director of Sioux Lookout’s District Health Centre has often wondered why despite his requests for cost-benefit analysis explaining the virtues of a centralized dispatch in Kenora, nothing has ever arrived on his desk. He now has an answer. They didn’t do one.

Drayton election a lonely experience
The Drayton Local Services Board (D-LSB) election was much the same as it was last year. So much the same that the same people ran and the same group of people were re-elected by acclamation. This year only seven non-board members found the time to vote.
